I am a Senior Product Designer within the social media platform team at a SaaS company, where I collaborate closely with senior product leadership and engineering to align customer needs, business goals, and product requirements. My role involves designing, building, and testing product solutions, working closely with UX researchers to conduct usability testing and validate user needs. I lead and facilitate cross-functional collaboration sessions with product and development teams to drive creative and effective product solutions.

Working within an agile framework, I partner closely with engineering teams to resolve UI behavior, build new products and advocate for improved user experiences. My responsibilities include researching, iterating on design concepts, and creating polished deliverables such as wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and data visualizations. Additionally, I play a key role in leadership and fostering a collaborative, growth-focused environment for the design team.I maintain a strong user-centric approach throughout the product development process and actively contribute to the evolution of our design department. Notably, I created the Mobile Component Library to enhance consistency and reusability across products.
